Subscribers generate up to 300 properties per month directly from the search page. For larger volumes or custom targeting models, we build made-to-order lists at $1 per property.

How it works

Two ways to build your list

Self-serve: Every subscriber can generate targeted property lists directly from the search page — up to 300 properties per month with owner name and USPS-normalized address, included with your subscription.

Custom: For larger volumes or specialized targeting criteria, we build made-to-order lists at $1 per property (minimum 500). Your criteria, your filters, your model — our 430+ attributes.

Pay per property

$1 per property, $500 minimum. Every list includes property address, owner name, USPS-normalized mailing address, assessed value, MVI, and building characteristics. Condition ratings, system ages, equity estimates, and ownership data included where our enrichment coverage exists.

What's in every record

Both the property address and the owner's USPS-normalized mailing address are included on every record — because they're often different. Absentee owners, trust-held properties, and seasonal homes all have mailing addresses that don't match the property. Both are CASS-standardized and ready for postal processing.
