Data Partnerships

Our intelligence, your product

Every data partnership we build starts the same way — a conversation about your business, your data challenges, and what you're trying to accomplish. We have 430+ derived attributes across 4.7 million properties, assembled from 140+ data sources and corroborated at the address level using proprietary matching. The value of the intelligence is how well it fits into your workflow; we'll maximize it with you.

Boston cobblestone street with historic brownstones

I've spent 17 years inside the insurance industry leading national underwriting operations and creating data accuracy programs from the ground-up. I know what it looks like when property data enhances products — and when it undermines them. These experiences shape every partnership we build.

We're open to any structure that puts superior property data in front of the people who need it — API enrichment, bulk feeds, embedded analytics, co-developed products, or something custom. We help solve problems efficiently through accurate and comprehensive property and owner intelligence.

Ways to work together

Flexible partnership structures

Every partnership is different. We're interested in any arrangement that gets our intelligence into the hands of professionals who can use it — and we'll work with you to find the right structure.

API Enrichment

Per-address property intelligence returned in real time. Your application calls our API at point of need — underwriting, listing, origination — and gets back the attributes your workflow requires.

Good fit for: Insurance platforms, lending systems, appraisal tools, MLS integrations

Bulk Data Feeds

Full-coverage snapshots delivered as Parquet, CSV, or GeoJSON with incremental deltas on a refresh cadence that fits your pipeline. Enrich your data warehouse or analytics layer at scale.

Good fit for: Portfolio analytics, data warehouses, actuarial teams, research platforms

Embedded Intelligence

White-label our derived attributes directly into your product experience. Maintenance indicators, fire grades, and risk scores presented under your brand, powered by our pipeline.

Good fit for: PropTech platforms, agent tools, property management software

Co-Developed Products

Joint development of specialized data products for specific markets or use cases. We bring the property intelligence infrastructure; you bring the domain expertise and distribution.

Good fit for: Industry-specific analytics, niche vertical platforms, new market entries

Custom Research & Analysis

Bespoke property intelligence projects — portfolio risk assessments, market studies, geographic expansion analysis, or custom attribute development for your specific requirements.

Good fit for: Carriers, reinsurers, institutional investors, municipal planning

Revenue Share & Distribution

Usage-based partnerships where we share in the value our data creates inside your product. Aligned incentives — we succeed when your users get better outcomes.

Good fit for: High-volume platforms, transactional workflows, SaaS products

What we bring

Derived intelligence, not raw data

We don't resell assessor records or pass through public data. Attributes in our platform are computed outputs — condition ratings built from permit timelines, ownership classifications resolved across deed registries, risk grades assembled from federal and state hazard overlays.

These are attributes that no single data source provides and that cannot be reverse-engineered from any one of them. Your product gets intelligence depth that would take years to build from primary sources.

Partner economics

Clear pricing, flexible structure

We want the economics to make sense for both sides from day one. Here's how partnerships are typically structured — but we're open to anything that aligns incentives and gets our data working inside your product.

Per-record pricing

Pay per address enriched. Volume tiers bring the per-record cost down as usage grows. Simple to start, predictable to scale.

Good fit for: Point-of-quote integrations, on-demand enrichment

Annual license

Fixed annual fee for a defined geographic scope and attribute set. Bulk delivery via Parquet, CSV, or API with refresh cadence included.

Good fit for: Data warehouse integrations, portfolio analytics, actuarial teams

Revenue share

Usage-based model where we share in the value our data creates inside your product. We succeed when your users get better outcomes.

Good fit for: SaaS platforms, transactional workflows, embedded analytics

Pilot program

Start with a scoped geography and limited attribute set at reduced cost. Prove the value with real data before scaling the commitment.

Good fit for: Any partner evaluating fit — flexible timeline

Custom development

Need derived attributes we don’t have yet? We’ll scope, build, and deliver them. Development cost shared or absorbed depending on exclusivity and broader applicability.

Good fit for: Niche verticals, proprietary scoring models, specialized use cases

Hybrid arrangements

Combine any of the above. A base license plus per-record overage. A pilot that converts to revenue share. We’ll find the structure that fits.

Good fit for: Complex integrations, multi-department rollouts

How we work

Every partnership is founder-led

When you partner with NE Provenance, you work directly with the founder — the person who built the data pipeline, knows every source, and understands the insurance and property workflows this data serves. Not a sales team. Not an account manager reading from a script.

Mike will personally ensure your integration gets what it needs — whether that means custom attribute development, priority data quality work for your coverage area, or getting on a call with your engineering team to walk through the schema. The relationship matters more than the contract.

What you get from a founder-led partnership

Direct access

The person who built the pipeline is the person on the call

Custom development

Need an attribute we don't have yet? We'll scope and build it

Priority quality work

Your coverage area gets dedicated data quality attention

Technical integration

Schema walkthroughs, sample data, and engineering support

Flexible terms

We'll find the structure that works — pilot, license, rev-share, or hybrid

Getting started

Start with a conversation, not a contract

Every partnership begins the same way — a conversation about what you're building and where property data fits. We'll send sample data so your team can evaluate before any commitment.

1

Conversation

Tell us what you're building, what data gaps you're seeing, and what success looks like. We'll share a sample dataset — 100 properties with full attribute depth — so your team can assess fit.

2

Pilot

A scoped integration covering real geography with real data. Your engineers build against the feed; we work together on quality, coverage, and delivery. Flexible terms & timelines.

3

Partnership

Once we've proven the value, we formalize the relationship — geographic scope, attributes, delivery, pricing, and refresh cadence. The structure fits the partnership, not the other way around.

Let's explore what we can build together

Whether you have a specific integration in mind or just want to explore what's possible with deep property intelligence — reach out. Every partner conversation starts with Mike directly.
