Filter by roof age, condition, ownership, permits, assessed value, and 250+ other criteria. For larger volumes or custom targeting criteria, we build made-to-order lists at $1 per property (minimum 500) using any combination of our 430+ attributes.
Can I start small and expand later?
Absolutely. A $39 Single Report gives you one full Property Wallet without an account, and credits toward your first subscription month.
